  Happy courteous service. But my last wash was even better. My car was totalled in June and I was charged after I was told it was cancelled. I talked to the manager and was directed to a national account manager and was not only credited for the months. I did not use. They gave me a few extra. They have me a customer now for life

  Repeated damage to my vehicle at this location – very disappointing. Back on March 21, 2024, after going through this Mister Car Wash at 894 Airport-Pulling Rd, Naples, FL, I noticed damage to my driver rear tire and wheel. I immediately reported it and filled out an incident report, but a few days later the manager told me that nothing was found on their cameras. At that time, my car was only 1–2 months old, so I assumed maybe it was something I did and moved on. However, after months of visiting this car wash regularly (multiple times a month), I now realize that the damage didn’t happen all at once — it got worse over time. Every visit likely caused more wear or scraping on the same driver rear tire, until it became clearly visible. Recently, I replaced all four tires at Costco (they also rotated the wheels), and before entering the same car wash again, I recorded a video showing the driver rear tire in perfect condition. After just one wash, I took another video — and the same driver rear tire was once again damaged, now with pieces of rubber missing along the edge. This makes it clear the issue is happening inside the car wash system. My car is completely stock with factory wheels and tires, and I have before-and-after video proof showing the damage occurred here. This is now the second time the exact same position (driver rear) has been damaged right after using this location. I hope corporate seriously reviews this and checks their track system before more customers’ vehicles are affected.

  This is the best car wash I have ever been to and I have been to a lot of car washes. People who work their super friendly the car wash does a magnificent job dries it almost completely, great vacuums just a great place.

  The staff at the airport location really take pride in keeping the facility so clean and functional They take their time to get you lined up for the track which for me is a big deal because my tires are 12 inches wide and they always bring me on carefully. Never had an issue with them. Just really appreciate the respect that they give your vehicle.

  HORRIFIC CAR WASH - DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Paid for the best wash you can get, had to go through a second time because there was still dirt on the vehicle. Dirt was still not removed after second pass, and my side view mirror is now damaged and chipped. Tried calling and no one answers. I am beyond upset right now.
