The next time I went to the car wash I told the attendant I was going to cancel my membership because of the scratches. The attendant did an incident report and told me a manager would contact me. The manager did and said they will not fix the scratches. So I canceled my membership. You can see other reviews that say the same thing. So wash at your own risk at Mister Car Wash.

You can notice it right away because inside the car there is a very unpleasant smell. On top of that, this water seems to damage the car’s surface, which is very concerning. It’s hard to understand why they would use this type of water—probably just to save money—but as customers we are left wondering if this practice is even allowed by the authorities. Honestly, this should be reviewed because it really affects the experience and could harm vehicles.
