    I have come here for years mainly and at times had the membership b/c you all were the only Mister Carwash in the area that still had your employees drive the cars thru the carwash. I am very claustrophobic and cannot drive thru car washes. B/c you have now discontinued that service, I will no longer be able to come, which I'm very disappointed about, esp b/c overall, I have been very happy with your services. Please reconsider this decision, as I believe you will lose a good amount of service b/c of this. Even the employee who checked me in said many have been disappointed about this change. Thx! UPDATE: As I was leaving, I expressed my concern to the guy who serviced my car, he talked with the manager and they are working with my situation for which I'm very grateful!
