I’m an unlimited member for years now paying for 3 car unlimited washes, but this location has closed temporarily, which is pretty inconvenient since I drive past this location to work.
Last week I called and left a message about maybe getting a credit or pausing the service since 2 cars rarely get washed now, but no call back. So I got the app, and finally added all cars to the membership (which seemed difficult since all are paid on the same card, same name.
When I signed up there was a deal for multiple cars added, but now I see I am paying full price for 2 of 3 cars… I really hate it when I have to be on the lookout for price increases, and not getting the service and convenience they promote, poor communication, poor customer service… from management. I will say the staff is always wonderful.
The last time I went thru this week, I had dust on my tires from a dirt road, after 3 times going thru the wash, and 2 locations (which honestly usually makes the tires shine the first time), I had to go to a manual car wash and spray them off myself. The app again offers no way to chat, give feedback, get any communication or even pause the membership until the foothill location reopens (which looks like months out), it leaves me with only one option…canceling my account! Sorry to go.
