- KDKenzie DankertJul 23, 20255.0I live in Bay City and typically use the Mister car washes there but I was in Midland today and stopped at the one here, and I just wanted to say how great they were! The guy working the car wash around 4:40 PM on 7/23 went above and beyond and took the initiative to spend extra time spraying off my entire car and going back to specific spots that needed some extra love before sending my car through the wash itself. Typically I either receive no prep or a quick spray over the windshield but he took so much extra time and effort without me even having to ask. I appreciated this very much and wanted his efforts to be recognized! He was also very kind when I thanked him for the extra work. The man working the check in point was also very friendly and kind and understanding/unbothered that my barcode doesn’t scan due to my windshield. I’ve had employees be irritated that they have to manually scan my barcode so this was also appreciated! Overall I appreciated the staff working at this location and I hope they are recognized for their work!
