Can’t wait till this place closes. Much other better places that offer better services like free towels, etc for the same price. I pulled up and the employee outside was happy to take my money as I went through the car wash but when I got out the vacuums / air were off because they were closed, despite employees walking around, working the payment station.

Definitely do not recommend.
On August 23, my car’s bumper was damaged during the wash. Right after exiting the car wash, I called the staff and had a report filed. I also received an email the same day confirming that they were aware of the issue and would review the camera footage and get back to me.
I didn’t hear anything for 10 days, so I sent an email—no response. I tried calling—no one answered. I even went back to the wash location and spoke with the same person who filed the report, and he said they were still reviewing the footage. About 3–4 days later, he called me and said they had reviewed the video and would not cover the damage because there was supposedly a protrusion on my bumper. I told him my bumper was not damaged before the wash and that the entire damage occurred during their process. They informed me by phone only that they would not cover the damage, but I never received any written notice or official communication about their decision.
I asked him to escalate the issue, but no one ever got back to me. I also contacted Mister Car Wash through Instagram, explained the situation, and provided my case number. They told me twice that they had escalated it, but I never received a follow-up. They then suggested I talk to the wash location directly—but what is the point if they already refuse to take responsibility?
I filed a complaint with the BBB, and Mister Car Wash responded within 2–3 business days saying they were looking into it and that I could also email them. I sent an email, but again, no one replied.
My car, which was in perfect condition, was damaged at this car wash, and they refuse to take responsibility. Worst of all, there is no one you can actually reach to resolve the issue.

Would be 0 stars if I could. Husband brought his brand new truck (1 week old) here and noticed it was all scratched up on the hood when we arrived home. They have been giving us the run around for over 2 weeks. We visited multiple times and one time a manager even hid in the bathroom to avoid the conversation. Each time they ask us for the same information that was given to them before. No one has been any help or professional about any part of this.

Not sure how someone would find a problem with a car wash. The employees here always give me a smile and treat me well, they do what they need to and will help you if you have a question. Rodney today even let me know that wax wasn’t applied during my wash and asked if I wanted to redo the wash cycle. Just a simple act of service can go a long way
