Love their pizza it is so good. Best I have had in Owensboro and a really good price.

I recently dined at this restaurant and, unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The food quality did not meet expectations; the flavors were unpleasant and unappetizing. To make matters worse, I found a foreign object in my breadsticks, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety.
Service was also lacking. The wait for our server was excessively long, and when I finally received my drink order, it was incorrect. Despite requesting sweet tea, I was served unsweetened tea and was unable to get it corrected for the remainder of the evening.
Overall, the combination of poor food quality, questionable hygiene, and slow, inattentive service made for an unsatisfactory dining experience. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve future customer experiences.

Tonight is my son’s 12 birthday. He asked to go to dinner with our family and 3 friends. Easy enough he chose Mr. B. I was ok with it because we’d only been one other time before. We brought in an ice cream cake and asked if they could put it in the freezer. She said yes and was kind. We were excited to celebrate the birthday.
1st our ticket says we were a party of 8 and we weren’t not. There was 7 on our ticket. I assume this was done so she automatically got the large party tip. Which was her mistake because we always way over tip even if the service isn’t good.
2nd after we were seated she took our drink order. Instead of going to get our drinks she went straight to the next table got their drink order (this was at least 6-8 mins later) and gave them their drinks before we got ours.
3rd We had to stop her and request to place an order for appetizers. Still no drinks. Came back to the table behind us who also had 7 people took their order. They got their drinks first. Then we got ours.
4th: after waiting almost 40 mins we requested that our actual food order be taken. Our appetizers were hot and delicious when they finally came out. Our meal not so much so. 1.5 hours after we sat down our meals finally came. Typically I’d be very understanding since we were a bigger crowd. However everyone who ordered a pizza when they got it was cold. The cheese didn’t even pull it was so cool. They weren’t even that busy. Our order was sitting in the back forgotten about, while our waitress was missing or helping another table. That was clear. I think our lady had 3 tables. My son’s chicken fingers were missing. we waited patiently, didn’t mention it. The lady that finally brought them out was not our waitress was in a terrible mood tossed them down in front of my son.
Our waitress was rarely seen on the floor and if she was she was helping the table behind us. Our table was never cleared of our appetizer plates until I started making a tower. We felt like we were a big inconvenience the entire time we were there. We smiled and carried on to not ruin my son’s night. I found another waitress to ask if we could get the cake that was supposed have been put in the freezer. When she gave it to us it was mostly melted. She didn’t bring any plates or utensils. It was a complete waste of a cake. We had to ask for the ticket as well. We didn’t get anything unless we waited a ridiculous amount of time and have to request it. You would think for $150 order that they would’ve been a little more eager to serve us. We won’t be back. I feel like we wasted our money, and didn’t even get enjoy a birthday cake. But hey the people behind us got their food ate and left before we even received our food…. When we were there at least 8 mins before them. We came in with joy and excitement. Left with frustration and irritability. Still shocked honestly like I said we won’t be back.

To-go order. Our first time coming to the Owensboro location. We are from Henderson so Mr. B's was a staple. We got 20 wings 2 ways, nice and crispy, good flavors. We got 1 pan pizza and 1 thin crust. Both were perfectly cooked. Restaurant seemed clean during my walk thru. Only thing I wasn't impressed with...at the pick up counter 2 people made eye contact with me 3x before they asked my name and gave me my order that was already waiting. I could also hear the staff talking negatively about another order. Not the best first impression, but minor.

Attended retirement party.Due to previous planning arrived late to party ...upon arrival had to wait 20 minutes to order however many had ordered 45 minutes before and still had not received their food .as event was ending the manager appeared and inform us that the party room is only reserved for 2 hours at a time .and that there is a 100 dollar min. When come time to pay my ticket it was incorrect as wasn't charged for all our drinks...so a new ticket was brought out and was OVER CHARGED ..at this point the waiter became nothing less than a smart punk.so won't be back ....as far as the food and service a simple salad took 65 minutes to get ( 3 totaled pushing the time to 2 hrs and 10
Minutes just to get food. Then after speaking to others the total of tickets came to over 600 hundred dollars ....needless to say if you have a max time you reserved a space your service should not exceed that .as far as returning there ..JUST DONT SEE THAT HAPPENING
