  Brad from Missoula Floors truly did us a solid replacing our bedroom carpet that had issues which were the fault of the manufacturer. It ia so refreshing doing business with a pro who puts the customer first. In addition, the installation folks were excellent. Thanks Missoula Floors for making it right!

  We had a great experience with Missoula Floors! Elise was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the flooring selection process—she took the time to understand our needs and helped us find the perfect option that not only looks amazing but is also durable and within our budget. She also coordinated the installation with Chris and his team at Precision Floorworx, and they did an outstanding job. The attention to detail and quality of the finish exceeded our expectations. My photos don’t do it justice—the final result truly transformed our space. Highly recommend Missoula Floors for their professionalism, product selection, and top-notch service!

  I bought tile and carpet here and was so happy with the customer service. I really appreciated the help Connie gave me. She was awesome and excellent communication. She really worked with me and had excellent customer service. Installer Chris Lee was also awesome and great to work with.
