- APandres perezAug 12, 20251.0If you care about your health, think twice before moving here. Twice, my apartment flooded with raw sewage — into the carpet, the bathtub, and the air I had to breathe. Emergency maintenance never answered, and management’s response was threats, rudeness, and days of inaction. They left me with a carpet soaked in fecal matter for almost a week before replacing it. I have photos and videos to prove it. This is not just bad management — it’s dangerous living conditions.

It’s outrageous that the landlord, fully aware of these dangerous conditions, has shamelessly continued leasing the apartment without fixing the problems! This neglect has left tenants trapped in an unsafe, unhealthy environment, desperate for a resolution. Twice, my bathroom overflowed with raw sewage into the carpet and bathtub. Emergency maintenance never answered. Management refused to help and even threatened me when I complained in person. They finally replaced the contaminated carpet — but only after almost a week of living with the smell and health risk. I have photos and videos of everything. Completely unprofessional and unsafe place to live.

From the office team to the maintenance crew the communication is incredible and the maintenance crew is very responsive. The team really does everything they can to ensure that we have a happy home.
