Distraught as I was on the call Erin was patient in listening to my needs. Unfortunately, our family lost a loved one and needed urgency in printing the service program due to a prior printing company refuse to help us after promising to do the work. Erin went above and beyond in communicating with us she made a promise to get the job done and she delivered that promise despite it was last minute. Not only did she kept her promise the program she designed for our loved one was magnificent words cannot describe. She took our concerns and deliver a beautiful program.
