I was retested today and had my hearing aides adjusted. Audrey was very welcoming, knowledgeable and treated me like family. There was zero upselling and I was even educated on how to maximize the pair I already purchased. I’ll be back in two weeks for a check-in and can’t wait to feel the difference with the adjustment.

They were very patient and explained everything in great detail and did so in a way that she understood. He even drew pictures and that was very helpful. I like that they make sure you are fully satisfied and continues checking every few months. Great service at this location!!!!
