One customer had a chronic problem with horrible squawking and feedback from several types of hearing aids previously. Crystal showed her exactly how to put in the aids to prevent that, and the problem was fixed instantly. Both my parents got their hearing aids from Crystal, and it’s been life changing. THANK YOU!

The special company rep that came in that day indicated that the high frequency range was poor for both of us and that in my wife's case the lack of that could cause the body to fill in with its own sounds. We were told it was a 100% money back guarantee if were were not happy with them within 30 days. At my dental office the sounds in the office, especially the ultrasonic cleaner were exacerbated. The cleaner sounded like explosions in my head. My wife had to go back and have the volume lowered because her hearing was too sensitive. We returned the units on the 28th day. It took a month to refund the money and they deducted $150 per instrument. It was underscored on the contract, but I only remember him telling me it was 100% refundable and that we had 30 days. I would not have done it, but was assured that there was no risk to try them. Turns out the cost was $300 for each of us and a month before they refunded the money. I am a professional and understand that costs need to be covered, but if you are going to verbally say there is no risk to try then you should mean what you say. I was watching closely to see what the catch was and if I had known that it would cost us each $300 to TRY the hearing aids, I never would have gone there.
