We had a great experience getting the hearing aids but things went south once something was wrong with them. We have only had the hearing aids a couple weeks and already they won't keep a charge. We came back to see what could be done and was told nothing could be done except send them off to the manufacturer. Now we are left with no hearing aids!! They couldn't or wouldn't offer us anything to go home with. We left the place feeling like they are only there to make money not actually help people hear.

My husband and I got free hearing tests here. Liz is so kind and works well with our schedule. Cynthia is so knowledgeable with her craft and is so genuine. Liz and Cynthia have really made their office feel more like a home than a medical appointment. We will be returning to this location for sure!
