I am so impressed with the care Simon Mandel gives at every visit to address her needs. He is professional, patient, kind, and goes the extra mile - literally! Today he made a house call after work hours to sync her new hearing aids with her TV! And Pam always accommodates us when we need a cleaning or an urgent appointment.
