- LDLinda DuBreuilJun 26, 20251.0I did buy a very expensive pair of hearing aids which I did finance some yrs back. threw them! Now I need a new pair and my credit was good with them and i am still paying of this pair which has been about 6 yrs. I don't care if they didn't give me credit or not, but they are very rude!!! I need a checkup and cones on my hearing aids done and not even a follow up appt. I got!! Customer service very bad All I ask for is new cones on this old set which I would pay for and no help at all. Nor even a curtsey call

The lady at the front desk always gets me in one way or another as soon as possible when I need to. Overall, they care deeply about the needs of their patients and you can tell by how they handle everything!
- KLKrystal LeighMay 25, 20171.0I'm rating this one star because I was in front of the tanning place right next door, and at 10:15am, an elderly lady was standing in the rain waiting for someone to open the door to miracle ear, because they are in fact not open or someone scheduled didn't show to open the door at 9. It says they open at 9am even on the front door. This is wrong
