If issues arise in between, they are dealt with almost immediately. Usually turns out to be user error. Never had a device fail. Always get a return call and follow up. I’ve been dealing with Kyle from day 1 and he’s always professional.

I called ahead of time to make sure that they took my insurance etc before making my appointment then got told they’d call me by Monday and after numerous calls I finally got in touch with them Wednesday afternoon saying they “had just received information saying that my insurance doesn’t cover them.” Then calling them to get my paperwork back so I can go to another doctor they didn’t even have it ready. I will never go back nor recommend this company again. (Leominster location).
- CACharlene ArboAug 20, 20251.0We have dropped one hearing aid off "to be replaced" according to Kyle at the Leominster location. It would take a week. It has been over a month. Repeated calls to the office results in no call backs and no information on where the hell the hearing aid is! We finally went to the office and was told a bunch of lies apparently because they still do not have it after being told it would be in by Friday or Monday of this week. It is Wednesday. This is NOT acceptable at all. I asked for a supervisor's name or someone above him and they would not provide me any information on that either. He is supposed to call me back today, which I doubt I hear from him. We need answers. I hope the company sees this and reaches out.
