  Was just at the Auburn Miracle Ear to have my hearing aids periodically cleaned, by Diane Roberto. She is the best - friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. . .every single time!!

  My 92-year-old mother-in-law, who has dementia and lives at an assisted living wrote a check for Miracle-Ear for over $5000. She didn't like them from the start and never wears them. When I tried to return them well within the 30-day return period, Miracle-Ear refused. The entire family, including the staff at her assisted living, feels as though she was taken advantage of. My in-laws are on a fixed income, and Miracle-Ear has taken advantage of my mother-in-law's senility.

  My wife and I were in Miracle Ear in Auburn a couple of weeks ago. What started out as a very enthusiastic experience because I'm tired of struggling with my hearing, turned into a very disappointing and discouraging experience. Enthusiastic because the technician fully explained about hearing loss itself, explained what hearing loss I had and what my options were. Discouraging because the price of hearing aids is ridiculous especially for those of us living pay check to pay check, struggling to pay bills and on disability. My wife and I were extremely disappointed that when the technician realized we didn't know how we could afford the hearing aids we were promptly given the quick bums rush after being treated so kindly when we came in. We will never go there again or recommend Miracle Ear. What happened to the days when the customer was always right and find a way to please the customer.

  Customer service was great, but the unit I was sold don't work as effectively as my old hearing aides and they are not comfortable. If your product was better I'd return...
