  My parents live in Florida. While here in Mass they both needed their hearing aids fixed. They took my parents in fixed and cleaned both of their hearing aids in less than 15 minutes. They are phenomenal! Everyone was so kind in the Braintree’s office! If you want to be treated with respect and kindness then I suggest you should to go here! Thank you Jared Williamson for treating my parents with dignity and respect!

  Jared W. Was wonderful. I was having issues with my aid. I was able to see him right away. He listened to my issues, adjusted my aids and I was back to hearing again. I am always treated with kindness and respect. Thank you Jared and Miracle Ear! Everyone here, Dan and Haillee,too, are always great.

  I recently purchased hearing aids from Paul at Miricle Ear in Braintree. Although I've needed them for years I was always apprehensive about how they would look and the cost. Having sat down with Paul for my initial exam, I did have significant hearing lost. With no pressure on Paul's part, he explained every plan offered and what he thought would be the best plan for me(which wasn't the most expensive). He gave me a choice of all the different options and the different price points. I went with his recommendation. Having tested and decided we went over in great detail how they work and how to use them in different environments etc. When my order came we tested again and went over the care and instructions. All I can say is do not hesitate to get hearing aids especially from Paul. As I told Paul, for me it was a life changing experience both for me and my family. It is a whole new life for me and for all the things I missed. I highly recommend Miracle Ear and Paul. His knowledge and thoughtfulness sold me. Do not hesitate. Also, when you go for your initial consultation bring your significant other or someone close to you whomever that might be. It is well worth it for them to see the process and evaluation. I also want to thank Jen for her help in scheduling and the paperwork. Thank you.

  My parents recently went to visit this location and worked with Paul for a hearing aid for my mother. After doing the test Paul recommended a hearing aid for one ear that was going to cost around 3k. He said her other ear was too far gone to bother with. My parents let him know they wanted to think about it and would let him know. In the interim I told them they should get a 2nd opinion since 3k is a lot of money for them and made them an appointment at Costco after reading good things about them. They stopped back in a let Paul know that they were going to have the Costco test because they wanted to be upfront with him. When Paul heard this he became furious and told them he was finished with them and demanded they leave the store. My parents explained that it was possible they would still go with him, but that they just wanted a 2nd opinion since it's a lot of money. Paul would have none of it, and demanded they leave and actually walked them out the door. I almost never write bad reviews but I was floored when I heard the way they were treated. They are getting hearing aids at Costco for $1,300 total for two hearing aids, one for each ear. Buyer beware!
