- LPLinda PoirierSep 25, 20253.0Would have given this 5 stars before having to go through a sales process. Love Charmaine and Joanie. However, the sales woman was terrible. We were not aware that the appointment we had was for a sales pitch. Our appointment was late on a Thursday afternoon. We were informed that it was their sales week. Everything was explained (technology updates, improvements; etc). However, since we were totally caught off guard, we asked if we could have the night to go home and review our finances since our situation had changed drastically since we purchased our current pair 4 years ago and the sales were (we thought) through the next day (Friday). Christian the trainee was very professional. The trainer came across as a high powered sales person (like being in a used sales car lot or a timeshare meeting or a real estate sales meeting). She said we had to make up our minds right then because she would not be in that office the next day Friday. When we told her we couldn’t make a decision without looking over our finances, she slammed our file shut and walked out of the room. Christian, on the other hand shook our hands. A horrible experience! Will miss Charmaine and Joanie.

- DHDave HutchesonAug 14, 20255.0I've been going to Miracle Ear since my early 20s, I'm in my 40s now. The Tewksbury, MA location was ideal for me. Charmaine took care of me all this time and she helped me shape what was left of my hearing. She cared deeply and made sure I'd call their office if I had any questions, concerns, or complaints. She would rearrange her schedule to squeeze me in and made sure my hearing was up to my fullest satisfaction when I left. Recently, I lost my pair of hearing aids on a popular roller coaster ride. I called Charmaine the next day and she scheduled me in the following day. She lent me a loaner pair of hearing aids that she had stored from the office until I replaced my old set. Charmaine goes above and beyond to help everyone out. I'm on my third set of hearing aids since I've been coming here and enjoy every visit, whether it's a checkup, hearing test or upgrading to a new set of ears.
