    If I could rate a "0" I would. I have been a customer at this place for over 15 yrs and am IMMENSELY DISAPPOINTED in this place ever since they let Dixon go for unexplained reasons. I NEVER EVER had to wait to be seen by Dixon and I was ALWAYS provided GREAT PERSONABLE care and attention from Dixon. He was a delight to see. Unfortunately, Dixon was replaced by this young "Tyler" since Summer/Fall 2024. He has no business serving the elderly or others for their hearing aid needs. He lacks all skills to talk and relate to the elderly, has no "bedside manner" whatsoever, barely even acknowledges you. In addition, first he was bringing his puppy in and gating him off in a portion of the hall or in one of the rooms within the office, then he brings his adult dog in (unleashed) and sitting or sleeping at reception desk. The Receptionist is always 'absent' and in her place is Tyler's friend? brother? with his dog (also unleashed) at front desk. IS THIS IS A BUSINESS OR SOMEONES HOME?? VERY, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Makes one feel like they are intruding in someone's personal space rather than coming to an appt. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. -- And make sure you don't voice your concerns or displeasure cuz the immature Tyler (unsurprisingly) reacts like a child and simply says "I think you need to go to another office for your care". WOW! -- ADVICE FOR ANYONE OUT THERE- PLEASE GO to another office. This one is no longer a great place to go after Dixon left. This Tyler guy also likes to reschedule appts a lot at last minute for some falsified reason. NEVER EVER in the 12-YEARS with Dixon did I ever have my appt rescheduled (on short notice or otherwise). WHOEVER IS IN CHARGE OF HIRING PEOPLE TO WORK IN THESE PLACES NEEDS TO SERIOUSLY RE-EVALUATE THE PEOPLE THEY'RE HIRING...UNLESS THEY DON'T EVEN CARE and are lacking in good customer service as much as Tyler is.

    I went to miracle ear for an appointment today and was very displeased with the whole appointment. The receptionist and the first person that tòok us back to an office were very nice. My appointment was at 1 pm we sat in the receptionist area and was waiting for 30 minutes finally got put in an office waited another 15 minutes then asked go back to the front because they needed that office. Here's the deal my sister called yesterday and asked if they clean hearing aids I bought my first hearing aid at miracle ear after 5 years I went to a different place to get ones I really like. When she called explain that I needed my hearing aids cleaned I only wear the miracle ear hearing aid for emergency only. The person said yes they would clean both of them even the ones we didn't get there but would need an appointment which was today. After them sending us back to the receptionist area the first gentleman asked for hearing aid went back to get them clean..a heavy set man came out and said to come on back we did he was on the phone. He was very rude when my sister said we are only here for the cleaning of the hearing aid he said my hearing aids was old and my sister stepped in and said she's not hear to by an hearing aid just getting them clean. He informed her that they don't clean other company's hearings aids.there's much rudeness from this man he followed us to the receptionist area my sister looked at the nice helpful person we saw first and told him someone is getting a bad review. This guy's was a manager he heard my sister and said let's talk outside my sister said no walking out to the car. This manager followed us to our car talking about how he was some sort manager blahblah. Who act this way. I was pretty much told I can't go there any more. Very unpleasant experience. There was more that was said by this heavy set man Wish I got his name but he didn't introduce himself. He just wanted to sale me more hearing aids I didn't need. Just a cleaning. THIS MANAGER NEEDS TO TAKE LESSONS FROM THE RECEPTIONIST AND THE FIRST GENTLEMAN THAT HELPED on how to treat customers. Miracle Ear Hearing gets a 1 star because of this so called manager or whatever he is.

    I went to Olive garden.... But the outside of this building did look good. I also thought the pic on their website was nice. Not sure what else to say, do people read this. I am just doing it to get more points in good. Sorry I hope your not looking for a good review of Mairacle Ear, because I never went their. But my phone thinks I went their so there is my review. I try to be honest in my review and only want to review places I have been to. I hope you that is reading this has a nice day.
