I clearly let him know I was not interested in over-priced, easily lost, etc. etc. He solved my problem with infinite patience and skill. I wear my hearing aides sixteen hours a day. If i have a question or issue, Sam is there. My quality of life has improved greatly. Thank you, Sam, for all you do.
