Further, we never charge for missed appointments, cancellations etc, so I'm positive you must be referring to a different office. Again, I apologize for the misunderstanding from any Miracle Ear rep, and we would be happy to address your concerns at our Roseville location on Gratiot Ave. We are a family owned franchise for over 25 years and we will personally make sure our customers are satisfied.
