When we moved to Maui, he said he needed to go get them checked out as they were no longer adjusted for him to hear properly. We called Miracle Ear and made an appointment with the hearing specialist Raquel. We went in and were greeted with a cheerful hello from Jean the receptionist. My husband has Parkinsons and I had trouble getting his transport chair in the office door. Jean came out and helped me get him "over the hump". Raquel was very nice and very knowledgeable about hearing loss and explained how our ears work. I had never heard an explanation so detailed. My husband and I were very impressed. We are definitely recommending Raquel to all our hard of hearing friends! They need to go see her. Sharon Locey
