I would never think of going anywhere else because of him. When I become in the need for you know, hearing AIDS I met bill through somebody that I was taking care of and I can tell you when it comes time. For me, to get the as I said, hearing AIDS, bill's the man, and it should be yours too, because he's the one, the only one that I've seen that business. Ethic and is very compassionate and understanding towards all of his customers. I made an appointment by calling in and speaking with Denise. She made doing it a breeze! Once I arrived, I was pretty nervous, but Denise provided a warm welcome. Bill took us in right on time and took us to his hearing room. He was very thorough on what he would be doing and what he was looking for. His calm demeanor and very clear directions helped put me at ease. He took his time with my daughter and was very genuine. He did several tests ensuring that the results were accurate. He also checked her ears and cleaned them out for her! My daughter was so comfortable with him it made my experience wonderful! We will definitely go back to see Bill and his team!
