She is very knowledgeable and treats her customers with utmost care and respect. We went back today after him wearing them for week. He is very satisfied with the aids performance and had difficulty with the fit in one ear. Maddie was able to refit the aid and asked him to try it and if not satisfied after a few days to come back and she will make a mold of his ear to get a perfect fit.
