- RKRudy KoehleMay 30, 20251.0I sincerely regret that I can not presently recommend the Natick office of Miracle Ear. This after being a customer there for many years. I have purchased hearing aids there twice in the past. Previously I had been delighted with service and staff. I have also used Miracle-Ear facilities in Sarasota and Venice, FL where everyone and everything was great. But today I went in for an annual checkup and explained that my wife would likely not come to any future appointments. Asked why I tried to explain that both my wife and I felt we had been treated rudely on the previous appointment. For example , I tried to explain that my experience in testing was rejected. And I was interrupted and contradicted when I sought to present why I felt as I did. Imagine being interrupted to be told “But I do listen.” It was laughable. I think the Miracle-Ear products are good and past service has been excellent. The admin in Natick, Mike, has been there for years. He’s always been great. But I will never return to the Natick location or recommend it to anyone until there’s a change in staff for the audiologist.
