I tried calling several numbers and kept getting a call center but they weren’t very helpful in finding immediate help so I decided to just walk in. Hope was just awesome. She was busy on the phone when I walked in and put the person on hold for a second and asked if she could help me. I explained I was from out of state and my hearing aids quit. She ended her call, took my hearing aids and cleaned the ear pieces and checked my ear drums for wax buildup. My hearing aids now work somewhat better as least enough to get me back home. Hope was very professional and helpful and I appreciate her taking time fo me.
