I have been with the South Dennis Miracle Ear since 2023. I am so glad that I have found this incredible office!! Ross is the best!! Julie is terrific. I have had “issues” with pairing of my iPhone, several times and Julie always and patiently calls me back to schedule an appointment immediately!!
Ross, is unbelievably patient! He is so wonderful! He takes the necessary time to ensure that everything with my hearing aids is top notch! My mother-in-law (91 years old) has been going to Miracle Ear for almost 20 years and has purchased 5 or 6 sets of hearing aids to the tune of between 30 - 40 thousand dollars. She recently purchased a new set for $7,900.00 and for the first time, checked to see if she had any insurance coverage for hearing aids. Her insurance company told her that she had coverage but had to go to a provider that accepts her insurance. She called Miracle Ear to tell them that she wanted to return the hearing aids (had them for about a week) and obtain a refund. They told her that she wouldn't get her a refund until someone from another office came to meet with her. She was very upset. My wife called the office and left a message explaining that her mother would be coming to the office that day to return the hearing aids and obtain a refund. When she went to the office, they refused to give her a refund and she told them that she wasn't leaving the office without getting her money back. At that time the Miracle Ear employee told her that they had to call someone to obtain permission for the refund. When they realized they couldn't bully her into leaving without a refund, they finally said they had permission and gave her money back (-$300.00 for "restocking fee"). They should be ashamed to treat a valued customer with such disrespect. There are two lessons from this experience: 1) Miracle Ear will tell you that there is a 30 day trial with a full refund but good luck when you try to get your money back! and 2) always check with your insurance company before purchasing hearing aids.
