  If we could rate higher than 5 stars, we would. We have had significant experience with hearing aid products and vendors for many years, none of which were positive until now. Miracle Ear in Lincoln has been outstanding. They went above and beyond in assessing my husband's hearing, educating us on available products, and making recommendations. More importantly, their ongoing service has been off the charts. We feel so well taken care of and have experienced significant improvement in hearing and reduction in tinnitus. Thank you Katie & Tammy.

  I have had my hearing aids for about 1 1/2 years now and I got them from this office. The original manager suddenly had to leave for medical purposes, which caused a hardship for all of the personnel to cover their own offices as well as the Lincoln office. But they did work together (apparently), and I never felt there was a deficit in care and service during that time period. Everyone I dealt with seemed extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The new staff, Tammy and Kate, have taken over very ably, and I'm glad to have them as my new contacts. As for service, I lost a rubber ear piece in my car as I was putting on my devices, recently, and I just kind of dropped in on them, and they fixed me right up. I couldn't help but wonder what I would have done had I bought my hearing aids over the counter. Great service!!
