- DDDotDec 9, 20211.0They told my 94 yr old grandmother to come in on Saturday AM, after telling her they don't do Mondays. A conversation I've had twice with miracle ear, explaining that I have no problem driving her to Hyannis or Falmouth for a Monday appointment so I wouldn't have to take a day off from work (literally went to the Falmouth location for her apt that previous Monday). I was too sick (not covid) to take her to this Sat AM apt so my aunt who has MS drove 45 min down here to take her. They both then waited outside miracle ear's door in the freezing cold for an hour before giving up and going back home. I called and left a message and no call back. This isn't even the first time no one showed up/showed up late at this facility.

He spent time with me and asked questions about my hearing loss. I now hear everything. Thank you Matt and Miracle Ear.
