It is far more technically advanced than the previous ones I have used, and I am thrilled by the quality and pureness of the sound it delivers. But that observation does not do full justice to my real experience with Miracle Ear. The real difference in my experience is based on the exceptional service of the entire staff. The representatives who are providing the service to me not only have extensive technical knowledge of the product but are also eager to formulate their exceptional service based on my special difficulties and needs. In order to help you appreciate my special needs let me state that I am 87 years old. However, I am still quite active professionally and frequently interact with large groups of people.
