  Their receptionist is very rude and has a nasty attitude. She talks in a condescending manner and has no sense of customer service skills. I understand that people go through things but learn to put your personal feelings aside and treat everyone with respect and care. Especially when the person is responding to a letter that YOU sent them.

  Asked for a copy of a receipt from not even 4 days ago when I went and paid a tow fee. Never had to answer so many questions just to get a copy. Not only was the receptionist rude but also condescending. I get that they may deal with people that have no sense but when one does they still treat them like they're dumb or something. Then as the other employee has the copy of the receipt in his hands he asks "how much did you pay?" I tell him anyways but come on why ask if you're looking right at it?? What should've took maybe a few minutes turned into 10 min of feeling like "seriously why am I being asked so many questions?"
