- NNNicoleJul 10, 20251.0The trees outside have been left untrimmed. We’ve submitted multiple requests, but the HOA continues states trees can block up to 75% of the view. Did not pay a premium golf course view to be block by trees. For $800 a month in HOA dues, you’d expect at least the courtesy of maintaining the view we’re paying for. It’s frustrating to live in a premium location and feel like the HOA just doesn’t care.
