I had highlighted the PDF in various colours prior to printing, but due to my own user error, the document printed without any of the highlights. I informed the team at Minuteman Press in Hamilton that some error had occured.Despite the error being my own fault, the team at Minuteman Press reprinted the whole document that same day, and kept the shop open late so that I could pick up the documents after work and before my upcoming exam. I would highly recommend the team at Minuteman press. The quality of printing was as-expected (perfection), and the customer service was a cut above.
