- KSkat striedOct 19, 20255.0I received exceptional service from Minuteman Press - Naples and wanted to express my gratitude. The evening before I was to leave for an extremely important trade show, I received word from the online vendor I was using that my order was not going to be completed and in fact had been lost. I needed 2,000 11 x 17 handouts. Sadly, all the online vendor offered was their apology and hope that I could find someone locally to do the job. Their service was on the opposite end of the spectrum from the service Minuteman Press provided. While many were involved, I want to specifically thank Janice for her help. The job was completed professionally - printed and available for pickup in a matter of hours. Understanding the dire situation I found myself in, they did not take advantage of the situation. Their pricing was more than fair - they were kind and just excellent to work with. Thank you! Minuteman Press - Naples has earned my 5 star review!
