  They show a bunch of different keys in their website that you can choose. I can see them in the machine. But then on the screen they don't let you choose a single one of them. It was simple and fast to duplicate a key for $6.30 if all you is the most basic key. But I'm disappointed that there were so many other designs I wanted and they had them but I couldn't get them because of a simple software problem.

  The Walmart Supercentre at Waterloo has a machine. There is a promo on for buy 2 keys and get the 3rd brass key free. The machine dispensed just 2 keys and there was no 3rd key. Walmart customer deal at the store could not do anything as it’s a vendor machine. So we called Minute Keys customer service which was closed on a Sunday and the IVR asked that a message be left for a call back. No call back and it’s been 4 days. Terrible. It’s a security risk if the machine does not dispense the selected # of keys. Who know if it suddenly dispenses one a few hours later and someone is watching. We’re getting our locks changed just Incase.

  It was good but key design dosent work, i try many times to det a designed key but it doesn't work
