I waited 2 hours to hear from someone just to get an ETA of the technician and each time I called back to see what was going on I was told a technician would call me soon. It wasn’t until I finally was able to find help elsewhere that when I called to cancel they advised a technician had already been dispatched. This was not helpful at all especially when being stuck outside on a cold, rainy morning with my dog.
