I reached out to customer support, but instead of helping, they just sent some generic questions and then even doubted whether we had made the keys at “MinuteKey” at all! I sent them clear proof — photos of the keys with their logo and a screenshot from my online banking showing the payment. After that — total silence. I followed up a few days later — still nothing. Absolutely terrible service. I strongly advise against using them! Never again!!!
