Had three keys cut...two worked great the third was cut wrong so didn't work.. Received a refund for the one key within a couple of weeks.

My experience with the new way keys are copied are very good and especially when you buy two and get one free, along with the options you can pick th have your keys in different colours and pictures. Thank You, John Rodriguez

The service was fine however I never received by bill via email as requested and one of the keys doesn't work, so not sure how I will be refunded without proof of purchase.
