- MVMark VickerySep 18, 20252.0I had keys cut that had the groove on the wrong side. Minute Key sent a response informing me that they had issued a refund after I had sent photos of the their keys compared to mine. I did not receive the credit they issued. It appeared to be someone else's card number. They tried to tell me that was because Apple Pay and Android pay would have a different number. I told them I did not use either payment method, but they kept trying to tell me it was because the 2 numbers would not match. After a number of weeks they finally corrected the error and I received my refund.

I sent them the photos and details and received a response that I would receive a credit on my card withing 5 to 7 business days. I did not receive it, and then noticed that the credit card number indicated in their email did not match mine. They tried to tell me that Apple Pay or Android pay would have a different number.
