I accepted the second discounted key and then it gave a free key and then another one for $1.49, these offers were only good for the current key (which was inside to copy), It copied 4 copies of one key!!!! It was really inconvenient, there was a ridiculously small font notice. I thought it would give me an option to put another key! It is not convenient at all.... Don't accept any offer from these machines.

But I was convinced I'd never use it when I discovered the $30.00 minimum for a duplicate car key. (Are they kidding?!?). Fast forward a couple of years & I needed a duplicate house key. So off to Walmart where I've made duplicate keys in the past for about $3.50. Much to my surprise I was told they longer made keys in their hardware dept. The Cust. Service agent then directed me to their automated machine. Oh no! Was I stuck with a hefty charge? No! I was presented with the choice of multiple keys, the cheapest was $5.00. Sold! Happy to pay the price considering our runaway inflation prices. Still a bargain & a great quality and durable key. It took a minute to understand the process and get it right. I can highly recommend this new alternative.

- KWKaren WhiteMay 31, 20215.0One of the keys I made did not work so I emailed the company and they immediately gave me a refund. I went to Home Depot to get the keys made and the same thing happened but I have to go back to Home Depot to get a refund.
