- RWRochelle WoodsSep 1, 20213.0Well the machine and the whole experience was good but my key did not work. I needed a copy of my mailbox key which is long and kind of on the thinner side. So they key that was made did not fit at all in my mailbox. So i wasted 3.25 for a key i can not use. Wish i could get a refund but we shall see. I will contact customer service to see what my options are and if not i will try going to a hardware store to see if i can get a key made.

- RRRobertApr 3, 20191.0Key blanks have a badly designed deadstop, meaning all three keys insert 15mm too far into the lock and will not function unless pulled partway out. Wanted 2 keys but the machine made 3. Do yourself a favor and visit the keymaker at any hardware store instead.
