It was very frustrating because there were people there waiting for those keys and it created an inconvenience to all who were involved.

I've always been frustrated by the old, manual process: some knucklehead clerk cutting keys that worked 50% of the time. But the Minute Key kiosk at Lowe's was unoccupied. Glad I gave it a chance!
