  Having the ease of Minute Key was great. I went into the story, copied my keys and was out the door. My issue is that my keys were not cut accurately and are worthless. I don't know how to return them and get my money back so I feel like I am stuck with them. If the accuracy was better, fives across the board.

  What a genius concept. I made an extra key to the gate. Didn’t have the original to copy, because I left it in the car. But... Because I had made a copy of that key already. It was stored in their database. They validated me as the rightful owner, and presto magico, out comes a perfect copy of the key.

  Of course it takes about a minute per a key, their free key is pretty cheap and the other keys are 5 bucks each which is pretty expensive but overall a good machine that's easy to use

  This was the first time I used the kiosk for a digital key. I needed to send a key from the Seattle area to Maui. The process was cumbersome. The instructions were vague. Both parties have to install their app. I had to install, then uninstall, then reinstall to get my keys to register in my app. The receiving party had trouble getting the kiosk on her end to sync with the app so the actual key would cut. None of the employees at Lowes in Maui knew anything about the process and were of no help. I had to call customer service twice. The customer service reps were very nice and did end up helping us get this done. I guess, in the end, I did accomplish what I needed, but it took almost an hour to get the keys into the hands of my rep on island.
