- JZJohn ZappalaSep 14, 20231.0Received 2 defective keys, and one of them got stuck in my door. Had to call a locksmith to get it out. Contacted Minute Key for a refund and to cover the locksmith charge. They won't oblige. Piss poor customer service and responsibility. Went to 24/7 Chicago Locksmith on Milwaukee and they got my key out AND gave me a working set of keys. Go there instead. Cheaper, friendlier, and more effective.
