- JBJohn BensonAug 17, 20231.0I had a truck driver at Pilot truckstop 2.8 miles away in need of assistance, the key was locked inside the truck. I called Minute Key only because they were the nearest locksmith and we were short on time. They told me a technician will be onsite in 5-10 minutes, took all info needed and instructed me to wait for them to call. After 30 minutes no sign of technician. I called back just for them to put me on hold for next 5 minutes. When I called the third time, they told me that there is no technicians available and that they are sorry because they couldn't help me. Disgraceful. 0 stars
