- JMJoel MartinJun 5, 20251.0Trusted the other reviews and had three very ill-fitting keys made here. All three were not great, and somewhat a spectrum of just sticky to just non-functional. Would not recommend using this service and would recommend looking elsewhere for key making service. Also, one cannot take the keys back as this is just a vending machine. Again, should not have relied on other reviews!

The process only took about 3-4 minutes. The key worked & payment via credit card was simple. The only slight problems were annoying attempts at upsells & ad-in’s. The key cost about the same as a hardware store: $3. I spent xtra dollar for a color & the insignia HOME on the key.
