- CWChris WandNov 1, 20231.0Update: After I posted this review, I was contacted by the company, and they made it right. I still think that the company needs to update their kiosk screens to make it clear that the "free key" they offer is contingent upon buying another key, and that it's a free copy of the same key you're copying (i.e. you can't use the free key to make a copy of a different key), but they stepped up and made it right from my perspective. Original Review: This kiosk is a scam. I went to make a copy of a single key. When I went through the process, the kiosk asked if I would like a free key. Though I only needed a single copy, I figured why not, so I hit accept. The kiosk then proceeded to make me three copies of the same key (when I really only needed one copy) and then charged me for two keys. So I learned after the fact that it was a "buy a 2nd key and get a third free" but no where do they make that clear when they ask if you want a free key.
