- TJTroy JanesJun 22, 20233.0I've had good experiences with Minute Key in the past, but I just got some keys duplicated for an older house. The keys from Minute Key were too thick and wouldn't go into the lock. So, I'd say that it works well for most keys, but not for older keys.
- SWSuzan WoodkeAug 25, 20211.0One of the keys was cut backwards ( I bought 10) the machine would not take my debit card ( I had to pay cash) and I never received the emailed receipt ( it was a business expense). Beyond frustrated. Seemed to have trouble every step of the way.
