- DKDuane KirkApr 4, 20242.0Initially was confusing as key selections look like specialty keys. I wanted a plain ordinary key with no initials or logos. Had to call to ask which key picture to use for a plain key. Was told use first one on left which had initials in which I thought I would get a plain key. To my dismay I got a brass key with initials which I really didn’t want but am now stuck with it!!! You need to have plain keys as an option for selection!!!
